Options Of Buyer As To Salvage Of Rightfully Rejected Goods
OPTIONS OF BUYER AS TO SALVAGE OF RIGHTFULLY REJECTED GOODS
If seller fails to give instructions to buyer within a reasonable time for the disposition of goods rightfully rejected by buyer, buyer shall have the following options: (1) store the goods for the account of seller, (2) ship the rejected goods back to seller at the expense of seller, or (3) resell the goods for the account of seller and be reimbursed for resale expenses.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
